I have a ram 1500 limited diesel pre-wired for trailer backup camera. It has power ground video + - and video drain connections on a 12 pin connector. Do you have a camera to attach to the trailer? Im willing to do some creative wiring.

When it comes to installing a back up camera system on your 2021 Ram 1500 I recommend The Rear View Safety Backup Camera System with Trailer Tow Quick Connect Kit # RVS-770613-213. It has a hardwired installation with the quick connect kit which makes it an easier option to install on your vehicle.
