Basic Troubleshooting Steps for RV Stereo Not Working

Question:

My dvd/cd player has stopped working. Media player is Elite 3 channel system with sd, USB am fm. How can I fix or replace.

Basic troubleshooting for a DVD/CD player is to remove power for a few minutes then boot it back up to see if that works. If you still have issues then double check the DVD/CD you're using to make sure it's in good shape and try a different disc to see if that changes anything. If that doesn't then check to make sure your TV and/or speakers are working.

You should also be able to locate a "Reset" button and hold that until the system resets to see if that works.

If none of that works then you need to replace your stereo. The Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A meets the function specs you referenced but you'll need to make sure it physically fits as the mounting dimensions are 9" wide x 6" tall x 5-1/2" deep.
