Are Thetford And Dometic RV Toilets Interchangeable

Question:
Can I direct swap out my Thetford 31647 with your Dometic 320 elongated tall toilet. I am most interested in the bolt patterns. I have 20 1/2inch height clearance and floor space seems good all around.
