Question:

I have a 2022 F-350, 6.75 bed, 2wd, crew cab. Looking for the correct underbed 5th wheel puck system and adaptor for 16K B/W Patriot hitch. I already have the hitch.

The Reese 30180 which we carry as part # RP39FR is compatible with your 2022 Ford F-350. For a puck adapter that provides rails that would accept the B&W Patriot 5th wheel hitch you already have, the Demco # DM6175 would be a good choice.

If your bed is shorter than 8 feet, you'll want to make sure you use the sliding Patriot 5th wheel hitch unless your 5th wheel has the concaved-in front corners and the 5th wheel manufacturer specifically states that a sliding hitch isn't necessary. If the Patriot hitch you have is a stationary model, I'd recommend using the replacement sliding base, part # BWRVB3270

If you'd like a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't need to run the trailer connector up over the tailgate, you can install one using # C57008.
