I recommend the Adco Olefin HD All-Climate + Wind RV Cover for Travel Trailer - Up to 24' Long - Gray # AD67ZR. This will work best in for long term storage in any climate. It is breathable and won't billow in the wind as bad as other covers do because of the built in vents and breathable material. It blocks UV rays and beads water on contact.
I also recommend getting some Odor1 Storeaze 30 to 90 Day Odor Eliminator for RVs Up To 20' Long # V88102. This will help combat the odors that come with all long term storage events.
