Will Reese universal bedrails with 22” spacing work with the lil rocker hitch ? If so, what part number frame brackets will I need to fit a 2018 ram 1500 with 6-1/2’ box ?

Yes, the Reese Universal Base Rails # RP30035 will accept your RBW lil rocker 5th wheel hitch. This hitch fits into the 20-1/2" wide by 22" long mounting slots on the rails(see image).
For your 2018 Ram 1500 you will need the Reese Mounting Brackets # RP58523. These brackets fit all bed lengths including your 6-1/2' bed.
