If you're using the Saris Bike Beam Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # SA3040 on a Lectric XP 2.0 E-Bike with a platform style rack then there will be no issues but if you're using it on a hanging style rack then you will be way over capacity. The hanging style racks won't work with e-bikes anyhow due to capacity. If the handlebar post and seat post are between 19-25" apart then fit won't be an issue.
If you need a platform style rack, the Saris Door County Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # SAR42RR will work great if you remove the battery.
