Do I have to Splice Wires on My Tesla Model X Wiring Harness?

Question:
Hi, I own an early 2016 Model X without a Tow package. Is your 2016 Tesla Model X Trailer Hitch a plug and play with my Model X?

The Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit item # 119250KIT for your 2016 Tesla Model X does not require cutting or splicing wires but it isn't plug and play. It uses zero-contact interface sensors to identify the current flowing through each wire by simply clamping onto it. I have linked a couple of videos so you can see how the system works.
