Do these rails widen toward the middle or are the sides parallel?

I went ahead and reached out to my tech at DeeZee, and they said that from their available diagrams, the DeeZee Brite-Tread Wrap Side Bed Caps # DZ31967 do widen slightly toward the center to about 1/4 of an inch wider. However, with that being said, they did confirm that the # DZ31967 fits perfectly with your 8-foot bed on your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic.
