Great questions!
The difference between the Stealth Hitches that fit your 2022 Kia Telluride is that part # 391KIATELL20 comes with the receiver designed to only be used with accessories (like a bike rack or cargo carrier) while the part # 391KIATELL20T comes with that same receiver as well as the ball mount and wiring so you can tow using this hitch.
The Stealth Hitches connection point is in a unique vertical position which gives you a really clean look when you don't have the receiver or ball mount setup installed, but it does mean that you have to use the Stealth Hitches ball mount instead of a standard ball mount with the receiver connection.
If you plan on towing at all then I recommend using the kit that comes with the wiring and ball mount. If you were planning on using this for a bike rack then I highly recommend the Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G because it not only looks like but Kuat made sure this bike rack would be easy to use plus it has the integrate bike repair stand for any repairs or adjustments you may need to make.
