On the 5th Airborne Air Ride coupler # 5AB-S500-700 a good initial setting is 80 to 100 psi. The instructions which I have linked for you state not to exceed 120 psi. Ultimately the psi rating will depend on the weight of the trailer at the king pin and you will add or remove air as needed. I have also included a link to the 5th Airborne FAQ article for you.
