Yes, trailer hitch # 75673 will fit a 2013 Subaru Outback Wagon but NOT if it is a Sport model. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and storage bag. For trailer wiring use # 118467. I have linked a video showing a typical installation of the wiring as well.
