We have a similar heavy duty roof rack that fits your 2021 Ram ProMaster 2500 but the Thule you mentioned only fits Sprinter vans. So instead you could use the Rhino Rack Heavy Duty roof rack part numbers # RB1800 and # RRRLTPFD.
