As long as you have a 2 inch hitch installed on your 2004 Honda CR-V like the Curt # 13535 yes the Yakima OnRamp part # Y36FR would fit it and work great. This would easily clear the rear spare of the vehicle.

In regards to tire cradle, I have fat tires. Do you have information on cradle add on strap

You'd need the fat tire adapter straps part # Y23FR and you'd be set.
