Why is Fogatti Tankless Water Heater Not Heating

Question:
I installed a foggatti tankless water heater and it will not heat the water. There is no error code on the unit, it’s cold outside so it will turn on for the freeze pertection. Read the manual and says it needs a minimum of 1 gallon a minute which I’m pretty sure it’s putting out. Any ideas???

For your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, # LSB64FR many times when it will not heat is because a safety feature is preventing it from operating. Ensure the air intake and exhaust is clear allowing for full burn of propane. Ensure the propane tank valve is fully opened and that you do not have any blown fuses in the system.
