Could I send a picture of a boat trailer jack to see if there is a replacement that matches the mounting bracket?

I do have an option for you but if it's an old Shelby Trailer Jack with welded-on bracket then you'll be better off removing the jack, leaving the welded-on bracket in place, and attaching a bolt-on jack like the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack part # FXP15. Shelby Jacks are discontinued and there are no longer any direct bolt-on replacements for their brackets that I am aware of.
