Question:
Can the 321 toilet have holes drilled 1” further back to accomodate 10” bolt clearance from wall?

There isn't a way to modify the Dometic 321 part # DOM99FR so that it could fit a 10 inch rough-in measurement as it needs 11 inches. Instead you'd need to stick with a toilet that matches the 10 inch measurement you need with the part # DOM67FR.
