Looking for skid wheels that bolt on a 3.5 in. bumper that has swivel wheels for my fifthwheel

For your fifth wheel we do have an option for you, but we don't have an option that swivels.
The Ultra-Fab Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels for RVs up to 30' Long # UF48-979015 will work great for your fifth wheel and will fit over a 3-1/2" wide square hitch cross tube.
Skid wheels aren't designed to be bolted to the bumper of your 5th wheel because the bumper isn't going to be able to handle the type of force applied to the skid wheel when your 5th wheel bottoms out. Generally, skid wheels are applied to the frame of the 5th wheel or RV, or in this case, they are bolted to the square hitch bar.
If you're needing a hitch, I can find something for you if you provide your year, make and model of 5th wheel.
