Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack for 2 or 4 Bikes on a 2012 GMC Acadia

Question:
I have a 2012 GMC Acadia, normally we haul 2 bikes but occasionally 4. I want a platform style. Tilting options would be nice but not absolutely necessary. I am a 50 plus, short lady so I think being able to 1st put the bikes in the tire holders then putting up a support post would be the simplest. Any suggestions also would like to stay under $400. I also have a step through ladies bike, will I need to use my transport bar to attach it?
