With a crossover tool box on your 2020 Ford F-250, it truly depends on how your tool box installs on your truck and if it can be re-positioned. Since the Aries AdvantEdge Headache Rack - Chrome Powder Coated Aluminum # AA88VB mounts right on top of the bed's side rails at the rear of the cab (see attached picture), you will have to shift the tool box a bit toward the back of the bed so that the front end of the tool box rests against the bases of the headache rack.

For example, if your tool box installs like the UWS Low Profile Truck Bed Toolbox - Crossover Style - Secure Lock - 8.6 cu ft # UWS07726, it will require for you to shift the toolbox toward the rear.
