Will this adapter work for a BandW Patriot 18k hitch to install it in a 2022 GMC 2500 Denali? Trading my older GMC in on a new one but want to use my current Patriot hitch that I purchased from you guys ...works great!

If the B and W Patriot hitch is a fixed hitch part # BWRVK3255 then use the Reese rail kit adapter part # RP49FR will work with it, but if you have a Patriot slider hitch # BWRVK3270 you'd need to instead use the part # C88KR since the slider version uses the widest slot position which the Reese adapter does not have.
