There is no plug under the dash to install a trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 on a 2007 Hummer H3, but for models with a factory trailer connector the wires should already be run for you. Therefore, you'd just need to use the included pigtail with the above controller and tie into them using the article below.
