Hi, is the Thule Helium compatible with a 2019 BMW X1 — in terms of cargo door opening and the camera in the back?

The Thule Helium part # TH44VR would fit great on your 2019 BMW X1 and would not interfere with the rear cargo door opening when it's folded down. You'll see the rack in your rear camera most likely but you'd still be able to see behind you.
If you need a hitch the Curt Class III part # C13303 is a mostly hidden option that would work well.
