On a 19 Lexus RX with flush rails, does the RR37QCX or SX067 clamp onto the lip on the other edge of the rail or is it strictly holding on with friction? Thanks,

The Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Flush Factory Side Rails - Qty 4 # RR37QX will clamp on to both sides of the flush rails using tension.
It is basically a vice or clamp that you put on and tighten down. It will grip on both sides of the flush rails on your 2019 Lexus RX 350L.
