The purpose of the trickle shut off valve on the Phoenix Faucets RV Handheld Shower Set w/ Trickle Shut Off # PF276028 is to conserve water when using the shower. The trickle valve is going to allow you to stop the water from coming out of the shower head while still having the shower turned on. This will allow you to conserve water when using the shower and you have moments that you are not actually using the water flow, you can stop the flow while still having it readily available by using the switch.
We do not have any shower heads that have a complete shut off, if you are needing to completely stop the flow of water to your shower you would need to turn it off at the supply handle of the shower instead of the shower head.
