What sort of adapters do I need to connect my c19745 tow bar to my e98968 base plate?

There isn't a way to connect to connect the Curt tow bar to etrailer base plate kits. The Curt tow bar is basically only designed to be used with the included brackets that attach to the front bumper.
You'd need an etrailer tow bar like the part # e34ZR to use with your etrailer base plate # e98968.
