Question:
Jensen JMW62A problem with Bluetooth pairing. Sometimes it connect and other time not. Worked fine yesterday to did the same steps and doesn’t connect. I see it on my I phone and on the head unit but not connecting

For challenges with pairing your phone to the Jensen Bluetooth RV Stereo # JWM60A. I suggest you try re-installing the jControl app then disconnect the battery cable and allowing time for the unit to totally power down, a few hours or even overnight.
If neither of these steps allows you to pair the phone then you can contact Jensen technical support who can walk you through the process in real time.
