Your 2009 Toyota Yaris will actually be referred to as a 3 door hatchback as they count the rear hatch as the 3rd door. So with that being said, the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit # 521181-1 will indeed fit your vehicle. However, you will need Fish Wire Bolt Leader - 1/2" # C58400 to complete the install. There are only two 1/2" carriage bolts, so you will just need two bolt leaders to get the install done.
