The Hopkins Rear View, Side-to-Side Trailer Level, # HM04115 has double sided tape to adhere to the surface of what you are mounting and holes for placing hardware through. There is not a 5th wheel adapter kit to mount to a hitch but you can use the holes for mounting hardware of your choice and fabricate a mount. Or simply rely on the double sided adhesive.
