Im considering the rhino rack stealthbar crossbars for my 2017 Infiniti QX50 with factory rails. However, Id like to mount my Thule 835XT j-style kayak racks, which are currently on my RAV4 with OEM crossbars, on the roof of the Infiniti. Will the Rhino Rack crossbars work, or do I need to go with the Thule?

You can absolutely mount Thule kayak carriers, including your 835XT Hull-A-Port on the Yakima roof rack that fits your 2017 Infiniti QX50 with raised side rails:
