Do I Need To Run Separate Wires To Each Tail Light For the Running Lights On a Trailer?

Question:
Do I go 2 brown wires from the pigtail tail toeach light or 1 to light and then from lamp light to lamp light

You can route the wiring in either orientation. A harness like the Hopkins Endurance 4-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Harness # HM48265 is referred to as a wishbone harness and comes with 2 separate brown wires that are bonded to the corresponding green and yellow wires for running down both the left and right sides of the trailer. This is best when you have a trailer like a boat trailer where it is harder to protect the wire running across the rear of the trailer.
