The Adapter 6-Pole to 7-Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 47435 will plug into a 6 round connector on your truck and then convert it to the larger more common 7-pole connector. While the connector is round the terminals inside are mostly blade connectors.
If your 7-way connector uses round terminals in the connector you will also need the Pollak Trailer Connector Adapter - 7-Blade Plug to 7-Pole Round Pin # PK12727 to get to the 7-pole pin connection.
