Can Mount-n-Lock GennyGo Generator Carrier Fit Where There's 2 inches Between Bumper and Trailer

Question:
Hello I have an all aluminum Camp Lite Trailer. It has a 2 in by 4 in Aluminum Bumper with a 2 in gap between the trailer and the bumper. Can this unit be mounted to my bumper to support 100 lb generator?
