Why Doesn't Curt Hitch 13590 Have Same Cut Out Bracket as Draw Tite 75140

I noticed the Draw Tite has a groove for the pictured hose below, however in comparing the the Curt hitch the holes do not line up. I also noticed the Curt Hitch may require the removal of the pictured hose. Would you say the Draw Tite hitch is a better fit and/or easier install?

The reason the Curt # 13590 does not have the same cut out as the # 75140 is because instead of a cut out or recessed section it is missing that part of the bracket altogether. The Draw Tite uses fewer mounting holes so yes I would say it would be easier to install.
