I have aero bars and foot packs but need to swap out clamps to fit 2021 s90 sedan. I have 114488 and are too long. Can you point me in the direction of shorter clamps to fit?

The Rhino-Rack 114488 clamp from the DK Fit Kit # DK004 is designed for various Toyota Corolla and VW Passat sedans. Since you have a 2021 Volvo S90 you'll need to go with a different roof rack altogether as Rhino-Rack currently (December 2021) doesn't have a fit for your vehicle.
I recommend going with the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack system because it has a sleek look, is easy to install, and has an upgraded crossbar design with a dual rubber insert to make using T-Slot accessories easier. You'll need the following parts to go with this setup:
