Replacement Brakes For Gooseneck Trailer With Heavy Axles

Question:
I have a gooseneck dual tandem trailer with what appears to be 20K axles with electric brakes. I am trying to identify the manufacturer of the brakes. Each brake assembly has plastic backing plates that are split in 2 pieces and the plastic plates are held on with 6 - 1/2 studs with nuts. They appear to be self adjusting.

The largest set of brakes we will have is for a 15K axle. We have two options, the Dexter Electric Brake Kit, # 23-446-447 for 15K axles with 12-1/4 x 5 Inch Drums.
