Replacement RV Stereo For A Jensen JVR 212 RV Stereo System

Question:
Currently have a JVR212 in my MH Ford 450 Super duty that needs to be replaced. However, I am unable to locate a JVR9000R to replace it . . anywhere!! Is there another alternative that would work, or with the current state of afares is there any estimate on when the JVR9000R will be available? Maybe stuck on a boat somewhere :

There isn't currently an expected in stock date of the JVR9000R so the closest option available to the dimensions of your JVR212 is the Furrion RV Stereo - Double DIN - HDMI, AUX/USB, Bluetooth - 3 Zone - 12V # DV1230BL. This RV stereo requires a cutout opening of 5-1/2" deep x 6-15/16" wide x 4" tall. The faceplate is 9-13/16" wide x 4-13/16" tall x 3/4" thick.
This stereo system plays audio from radio station signals, CDs, DVDs, and devices connected through Bluetooth, an auxiliary cord, a USB cord, or an HDMI cord. It has 3-zone output that allows for up to 6 speakers to be connected to the stereo. It also has Bluetooth capability to provide hands-free calling from your smartphone.
