Is There A Roof Vent Fan That Will Not Require Me To Drill Into My Roof

Can I mount this or a similar unit without drilling holes in my roof?

The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4", part # FV803350, or any other compatible roof vent, will need holes drilled in the roof if the holes in your roof and the vent do not match.
