For your 2018 Lexus RX 350L there are two different styles of wiring harness available if you do not have the tow package. There is the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT which is a non-splice ZCI clamp style and the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 which is a splice in style. Both are confirmed to fit your 2018 Lexus RX 350L without tow package and will both provide you with a 4-way trailer connector.
I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT because you will not have to cut and splice any wires like you would with the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236.
