Will the Thule hideaway T2 VW bracket adopter work with the Thule Outland or other awnings? I am putting it on a 1976 VW Bus T2

The Thule HideAway Awning Adapter for VW T2 Microbus # TH307880 will work for your 1976 VW Bus T2. These are intended to work for VW Bus Type 2 & Type 3.
These adapters are made specifically to work with the HideAway awnings, and are not compatible with the other awnings
Additionally, if you have a lift roof then you'll want to use # TH307887. Both adapters are compatible and made to work with the Thule HideAway Awning # TH620001.
