Hello was wondering if there was anything else needed to install a bike rack to the trailer hitch from draw tite? Also how much should it cost to install this trailer hitch if I were to take it to a shop recommend by this page?

The Draw Tite hitch part # 24935 is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Scion FR-S and would be all you'd need to install a hitch mounted bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z. This would cost you about 1 shop hour if you took it to a shop so you'd just have to inquire around at shop hour rates to get idea what install would cost.
