The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2022 Chevrolet TrailBlazer is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT55GR. This is a custom fit hitch so it won't require any drilling. It installs behind the bumper so you won't have to see any sort of crosstube, just the actual receiver part and this not only looks the best but also helps ensure the best ground clearance. In regards to install, the bumper has to come off but it's not bad and you can follow along with our video step by step, it's attached below. It's on a 2021 but it's the exact same as a 2022.
