You will want the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # RP30158 to go with the Underbed Rails and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # RP30852 for your 2012 Ram 3500.
The B&W Turnover ball will not be able to be used with the Reese Elite Rails installed.
The Reese Elite Rails will allow you to use a Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30922.
