Question:

I have a 2015 Ford F-150 with the 6.7 bed. I wanted to know if there are any truck bed racks that can be used with a roll up or tri fold bed cover at the same time?

Because the Thule # TH500XT Ladder Rack wraps around the top and to the inside of the bed side, it'll interfere with installing a tonneau cover.

This being said, we do offer certain ladder racks and tonneau covers that are compatible with each other.

For a tonneau cover you'll want to use a cover that mounts to the inside of the bed side which leaves the top of the bed side free. The BAKFlip G2 # BAK26327 mounts to the inside of the bed sides, which leaves the top of the bed side open so a ladder rack can be installed.

For a ladder rack, I'd recommend the # A4000946 Adarac ladder rack. Because the uprights of the rack are perpendicular to the bed side, they'll allow the BAKFlip G2 tonneau cover to completely fold up against the rear of the truck cab into its storage position.
