Yes, the Yakima HighRoad Roof Bike Rack item # Y02114 does fit the Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars item # TH713600. I also recommend the Yakima Same Key System item # Y07202. This set of locking cores allows you to secure your bike rack. It fits into the integrated locking cable.
