The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT35MR that fits your 2019 Ford F-150 without a factory receiver is more than enough to pull a 7,500lb RV. This receiver is rated for a trailer capacity up to 11,000lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 1,100lbs. You will need to be sure that the 7,500lb RV will not exceed the maximum towing capability of your F-150.

I do recommend using a weight distribution hitch with your RV. The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET is rated for trailers up to 10,000lbs with a tongue weight between 600lbs and 1,000lbs. If you tongue weight does not fall into this range please let me know and I can recommend a better system. This weight distribution system will ensure that your F-150 will pull level and with the integrated sway it will help keep the trailer in line with your truck when you are driving on the highway. Strong winds and the turbulence created by large trucks can cause the trailer to sway back and forth which may lead to a severe accident. You will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install the included 2-5/16" ball that comes with the Equal-i-zer hitch.

With the weight distribution hitch you will also be able to use a more price conscious receiver like the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76136. With a weight distribution hitch this receiver is rated for up to 1,000lbs tongue weight and a trailer capacity up to 10,000lbs. Again you will need to ensure you don't exceed your factory tow capacity on your F-150. If you need help finding that rating I will need to get some more information on your particular truck.
