I see the Reese hitch cargo carrier, is there one that swings out or folds up? If not do you have a cargo carrier that swings out or folds up with light system attachments. Hope Im explaining this correctly and thanks for your time.

I have a solution for you. Reese does not have a swing/fold up cargo carrier, however we do have the Yakima EXO SwingBase with GearWarrior Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 60" x 23" # Y72VR. This system can be highly modified and has many attachments to fit all your needs.
The License Plate and Tail Light Relocation Kit for Yakima EXO System # Y74VR are the lights you asked about. If you want to add more you can use the TopShelf for Yakima EXO SwingBase # Y94VR.
