The Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch Receiver, part # 65005, will fit the full-size Chevrolet Blazer for model years 1992 through 1994. It will not fit your 1989 Blazer. There is currently no front-mount hitch receiver available for your vehicle. I confirmed this with my technical contact at Draw-Tite.
We do offer a rear hitch receiver for your 1989 Blazer, the Draw-Tite Class III 2-Inch hitch, part # 75129. This rear hitch is rated for 500-lbs tongue weight, and is also rated for use with a weight distribution system which increases its tongue weight rating to 750 lbs.
