The Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack part F1413100334 has been discontinued by the manufacturer. There isn't an exact replacement but we do still offer the Fulton F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Trailer Jack part # F1413040134 which is the single wheel version of this jack which is what I recommend.

Thanks for the picture, it looks like you have the Fulton F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Trailer Jack #F1413040134 in which you'd need the Wide-Track Wheel Assembly for Fulton F2 Adjustable A-Frame Jack #F500266 for a replacement.
