How far below the bumper of a 2022 BMW X5 45e will this draw tite trailer hitch be? Trying to figure out if this will cause any clearance issues. Can this be used with a weight distribution hitch and sway control system on the 2022 BMW X5 45e?

We have a hitch that does fit your 2022 BMW X5 with the Stealth hitch part # SH25VR but the Draw Tite you mentioned does not fit your vehicle. There are no hitches that fit your vehicle that can be used with weight distribution though.
